One Day Florence Walk

The tour would start with a visit of the Uffizi with paintings of Renaissance artists, then a stroll around Piazza Signoria which is like a museum in the open air and walk along side the river to the medieval bridge Ponte Vecchio with all its workshops on it. After a lunch break we would walk along side the Piazza repubblica, explaining the Roman origins of Florence still to be seen in the infrastructure around the square, then continue with the cathedral complex, with an explanation of the baptistery and the cathedral, giving special attention to the famous dome of the cathedral of the renaissance architect Filippo Brunelleschi. The Accademia will be out last stop of that tour and you will be amazed seeing scuptures of Michelangelo, escpecially his David.
